We opened the doors to our Clapham nursery in 2005. Since that first day we have provided the highest standards of childcare and education to children ages 3 months to 5 years.
Our nursery is in the quiet, residential location close to Clapham Common, Wandsworth Road and Queenstown Road Stations. Our nursery is designed to the highest specification providing a vibrant, safe and cosy environment including a fully enclosed outdoor playground – for fun and games inside and out!

Holidays: All of our Bringing up Baby Nurseries are closed on Bank Holidays.
Christmas the nursery will close on Friday, 21st December 2012 at 6.15pm and re-open on Thursday, 3rd January at 8.00am
Introducing our Clapham Nursery Manager
Hi there my name is Tina Harrild. I have been working with young children for over 20 years and have Level 3 NVQ and trained in British Sign Language. I find it hugely rewarding seeing each child develop to their full potential. I love to hear a child’s laugh as I find it very infectious. I love being surrounded by children; away from Bringing up Baby I enjoy spending time with my 3 small grandchildren.
At Bringing up Baby we know that each child is unique and that they learn in different ways. As the Nursery Manager I work with my team to ensure we approach teaching creatively and provide a relaxed, fun and warm environment for the children to learn and develop.
When children join Bringing up Baby we want to ensure parents and children settle in with ease. We work with each family to ensure they have are able to spend time with their child’s key worker and staff to get to know each other so your child’s first days of nursery are happy. Join us for an Open Morning or call us to arrange a tour of the nursery – we can't wait to meet you and your child!
